Return & Refund Policy

This policy is in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection laws and regulations.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Certain items (such as electrical components or custom-made products) are non-returnable unless found defective.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping:

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For defective/incorrect items, Fit & Fix will cover the return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support via email or phone.

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. We will arrange courier collection.
